How does the Forum work?
The bi-monthly forums centre around a guest speaker who has applied ITIL concepts into their organisation with success. Speakers are selected from local, interstate and international organisations depending on the topics that the Forum

participants identify as core areas of interest.
Following the guest speaker, you will then break into groups based on your preferred topic. A facilitator is assigned to your group to take you through a set of questions relevant to your selected topic.

Each group facilitator will then record your groups’ outcomes and circulate to all attendees. There’s no upfront commitment! Pay as you go and receive discounts for bringing along 3 or more people from your organisation.
