IT Service Management Consultants and Trainers
We are actively seeking experienced IT Service Management Consultants and trainers for positions in Perth, Western Australia.

A focus on process improvement, organisational assessment & change and strategic business issues would be highly regarded. You must have ITIL certification to the Service Managers level to be considered. Prior experience in IT Service Management consulting and/or training is essential. Immaculate presentation coupled with highly effective interpersonal and communication skills are also required.

We are looking for guest speakers who have applied ITIL concepts into their organisation with success. Speakers can be locally, interstate or internationally based. Topics can be wide and varied depending on what our Forum participants identify as core areas of interest.
