Course Format
The format is interactive and based on action learning principles. This means participants learn to implement ITIL processes in your own organisation while avoiding the common pitfalls, resulting in added value of IT service delivery to the business.

Course Accreditation
IT Service Management Foundations is an internationally recognised course by the Examinations Board of the Netherlands (EXIN) and the Information Systems Examinations Board (ISEB) UK.

Examination Format
A one-hour multiple-choice examination is available to participants. A pass of 65% is required to gain a Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management.
