The ITIL V3 Expert Fast Track Program consists of five modules conducted over an 18 week period.

- MODULE 4. Course Revision & Examination Preparation (2 DAYS)

Examinations:
- SERVICE SUPPORT & SERVICE DELIVERY EXAMINATIONS (2 x 3 HRS)
- ITIL V3 MANAGERS BRIDGING EXAMINATION (90 minutes)
CERTIFICATION PROCESS:
To gain the ITIL V3 Expert level qualification, the following must be achieved:
- You must pass the in-course assessment conducted in Module 3
- You must achieve a 50% or greater pass mark in the two three-hour written examinations.
- You must achieve a 65% or greater pass mark in the ITIL V3 Managers Bridging examination.
